Event: Sendai and Tohoku Teshigoto Exhibition

teshigotoThe Sendai and Tohoku Teshigoto (handwork) Exhibition will be taking place at Hikarie for four days from Thursday January 23rd to Sunday January 26th. As a part of this, IMPACT Foundation Japan is organizing a series of workshop in which you can paint your own Japanese Daruma doll.

Workshop Outline

IMPACT Foundation Japan will be holding a series of Daruma painting workshop on the same floor throughout the event. There are no rules – you’re free to paint and write anything you like on your own Daruma! We look forward to meeting you (and seeing your own original Daruma come to life!) at Hikarie.

Date & Time: January 23rd to 26th (Event: all day, Workshops held twice a day)
Venue: Shibuya Hikarie 8/COUT (8th floor) 2-21-1 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Fee: Free of charge
Registration: No reservation needed, but there are a limited number of seats. Please come directly to Hikarie 8th floor and register there.
Once complete you can take your own Daruma home. (Please bring a bag to put your Daruma in).
